Message from the GBKC President:
The GBKC is a non-profit organization founded by the Boston Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. The mission of GBKC is to create strong communities and assist area youth in developing options and increased opportunities for success.
We host several events throughout the year to generate funds to assist in our programming for youth development, health awareness, education, and to provide financial assistance to academically gifted, minority high school students in the Greater Boston area.
Annual events include the Greater Boston Kappa Charities Golf Tournament in support of the Jackson W. Campbell Memorial Scholarship, the Holiday Brunch, and the Black & White Gala where we award our scholarship recipients. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, our programs have continued to flourish and help children learn, grow and achieve the goals of a higher education and healthy development. We have awarded over $60,000 in scholarships, bringing students closer to the dream of earning a college degree, and to building the kind of life that will inspire others to follow their lead.
I hope you will join us in our efforts by becoming a partner and contributing to the Greater Boston Kappa Charities Fund. Your tax-deductible donation of any amount will allow us to expand our reach and have a profound impact on the children served by the Greater Boston Kappa Charities.
If you have any questions or would like additional information about the Greater Boston Kappa Charities or the Jackson W. Campbell Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament or sponsoring any of the events mentioned, please contact: info@gbkc.org
Sincerely,
James T. Kimble
